Week 1
Warrior Winch takeover completes. Both new hires start. Systems inventory begins. All account and portal transfers finalized.
July — Phase 1: Learn
Month 1
Accountant shadows Amy across all financial reviews. Tech hire maps every system and reads the full automation plan. No independent ownership yet.
August — Phase 2: Assist
Month 2
Accountant assists Amy on reconciliations and payroll workings. Tech hire owns day-to-day support and evaluates all Phase 1 automation vendors.
September — Phase 3: Supervised execution
Month 3 onward
Accountant owns all reconciliations — Amy retains monthly close. Tech hire begins automation Phase 1 rollout (Shopify↔Odoo, Amazon, VoIP, bank feeds, sales tax).
Oct–Dec — Automation Phase 1: Foundation
Months 4–6
All channel connectors live. Multi-channel inventory sync running. VoIP/IVR deployed. Serial number tracking active. Full order-to-fulfilment automation across Shopify, Amazon, and B2B.
Jan–Mar 2027 — Automation Phase 2: Automation layer
Months 7–9
Warranty workflows, EDI middleware, B2B dealer portal, AP/AR automation, AI OCR, warranty triage AI, call summary AI, and lead scoring all deployed.
Apr–Sep 2027 — Automation Phase 3: Intelligence
Months 10–15
AI chatbot live on Shopify and Odoo portal. Demand forecasting running. Natural language Odoo queries for all staff. Cash flow forecasting 30/60/90 days. Additional EDI retailers onboarded.
